Love Dog Adventures is hosting a Pet Partners Evaluator Practicum and we are very proud to support our national program in this way. Students will be coming to Las Vegas to complete their rigorous coursework to become licensed Evaluators. They have already passed a very lengthy online course and shown evidence of at least 50 hours of active volunteerism in several different environments (health, education etc.)

Now in June they will attend an all-day Practicum whereby they will learn the new updated Pet Partners Evaluation and conduct several tests as they learn. The Love Dogs is providing the therapy teams for the students to practice with and we thank every one of them for participating in this important day.

The attention Pet Partners pays to the training and quality of their Evaluators speaks to the quality of their therapy teams. Simply being a volunteer for a few months is not sufficient to become a Pet Partners Evaluator – it is much more intense and thus the qualifying teams they test are that much stronger and more prepared to work with the public.
